According to Deadline, Chris Hemsworth is in talks to start in the upcoming live action G.I. Joe and Transformers crossover movie. If signed, this would be Hemsworth's second role in the Transformers franchise. His first is the voice of Orion Pax/Optimus Prime in Transformers One which hits theaters in September 2024.
As a follow up to the first Collaborative G.I. Joe/Transformers set, Hasbro has announced a second set in the series! This time out the set features Bumblebee transforming into an A.W.E. Striker and he will be paired with Lonzo “Stalker” Wilkinson! The set is priced at $68.99 and depending on retailer is either due November 1, 2022 (on Amazon) or February 2023 (other retailers). The moment that fans of both the Transformers and G.I. Joe fandom have waited decades for is finally upon us. At today's Hasbro Pulse G.I. Joe stream, Hasbro announced the first Collaboration series set featuring the two iconic brands crossing over! In the past, G.I. Joe vehicles have been repainted as Transformers characters but this is the first time a figure has been made to fit a 3 3/4" Joe figure and transform into one of the main characters from the Transformers brand! This set will feature Baroness driving a HISS Tank that is really the alt-mode of Megatron himself!
In 1984/85 a rather wacky and crazy vehicle was produced for the Action Force toy line. Imagine a giant mechanical skull crossed with a Tie-Fighter from Star Wars. This vehicle is quite expensive on the after market and for many G.I. Joe and Action Force fans it is a treasured part of their collection or a much sought after piece.
