Thanks to fellow fan Peter Chavez IV I was alerted to the existence of an entertainment and shopping experience known as Hasbro City via the Funworld magazine by the IAAPA web site!  This facility is located in Mexico's Paseo Interlomas shopping mall.  It features a "shoppertainment" experience.  The article on the IAAPA site describes the venue this way:
